FM Decoration Corp. (“we”, “us”) is a ceiling and wall panel installer based at 14155 SW 145th Pl, Miami, FL 33186. This policy explains what we collect through fmdecoration.com, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

What you send us. When you use the quote form we store the name, email address, phone number, service of interest, type of space and message you provide, together with the language you used and the page you sent it from.

What your browser sends. Our server records the IP address, the pages requested, the date and time, the referring page and, when present, campaign parameters in the link you followed (for example utm_source). This is ordinary web-server activity and is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages bring us enquiries.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, social security numbers or any health information.

Why we use it

• To answer your request, schedule a site visit and prepare a written quote.
• To carry out work you hire us for, and to keep a record of it.
• To keep the website secure and working, and to limit automated abuse of the form.
• To meet our own record-keeping and tax obligations.

We do not use your details to send marketing you did not ask for.

Who sees it

Your request is read by FM Decoration Corp. staff. It is also handled by the companies that run our website and email on our behalf, which are bound to use it only for that purpose.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose it only when the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Cookies

This site uses a session cookie so forms work securely, a cookie that remembers whether you are reading in English or Spanish, and a security token that protects the form against forgery. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking cookies may stop the quote form from submitting.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept while we are in contact with you and afterwards for as long as we may need them for the work, for warranty questions or for our records — normally no more than seven years. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, access to the administration panel requires a password, and every change made there is logged. No system is perfect: if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and the Florida Department of Legal Affairs as required by the Florida Information Protection Act.

Your choices

Write to caru@fmdecoration.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We will confirm your identity before acting, and we may keep what we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Other websites

Our pages link to WhatsApp, Google Maps and OpenStreetMap. Once you follow one of those links, that company’s own privacy policy applies, not ours.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
